TIMMY T. SHERMAN JR.

Timmy has grown up around racing all his life. After racing Micro Sprints and winning his first event in 2003, at the age of 22, he knew he would someday soon be a great Sprint car driver.
In 2005 at the age of 24, he finally got a ride in a Winged Sprint car, thanks to John Steck, owner of the white #84 car. That season he was able to race more than he ever had before. Up until that year, he had only raced a winged car a few times per season.
2006 marked the beginning of a long-awaited journey for Timmy. He raced his first full season in a Non-Wing Sprint car, thanks to the help of his father, Tim Sherman Sr. and a good friend, Heavy D, aka Darin Smith.
Timmy has come a long way since that little boy who one-day dreamed of making it big in racing. He recently got married, to the love of his life, Becky, and bought a new house in Rocklin, CA. In order to support his racing career, he works as an Electrician for the RailRoad and gets a lot of help from friends and family. In his spare time, Timmy also enjoys playing with his two dogs, Sly and Bear, working out at the gym and spending time at the lake.
